At VolticX, we understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation policy below.


Order Cancellation


  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.


How to Request a Cancellation


To request a cancellation, contact our support team as soon as possible with your:


  • Order Number
  • Full Name
  • Reason for Cancellation


If your order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation.


Refund for Canceled Orders


  • If the order is canceled before shipment and payment has already been made, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders canceled before shipment will not incur any charges.
