Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for returns.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
